Disciple

The down and dirty couple Marie and sweet organize openly duels of life or death. Caine’s new student, Jake, is a martial artist and asks Caine to teach him more. Peter becomes jealous because he thinks his father sees Jake as everything Peter should be as a son. Soon Jake gets involved in the fights. His opponent is the killer “Leo the Lionheart”. Of course Caine doesn’t allow that something happens to his student and so he gets involved in the fights.

 

Challenge

Ex-Shaolin Tan and present crimelord of a chinatown gang is an old enemy of the Caines. He was driven away from Chinatown by Caine and Peter shortly after their reunion. Now he is back to take revenge on father and son. Though Caine can’t escape him he uses a old Shaolin tradition, the ritual of challenge. Peter would prefer to use Western ways to stop Tan, but acquiesced to his father’s ways. Caine accepts the challenge as a matter of honor. Of course Tan plays dirty. He kidnaps the ancient.

 

 

Rain’s only Friend

Peter’s former partner Michael Epstein turns up at the 101st and tells Peter about his newest case: “Stella and the hornet”. This is a gangster couple that specializes in robbing of supermarkets. By accident Peter and his new partner Skalany blunder into one of the robberies. Peter, remembering his fathers lessons, hesitates and accidently shoots an innocent bystander. Reproaching himself bitterly he quits the force. His friend Epstein uses unorthodox ways to get Peter back from his misery.
